Info to send: DATE & LOCATION of show; name of your club or organization & if it is an annual show, etc; date of week of the show, plus timings as well as any setup or early admission information; exact street address of the location of the show (for those who use online mapping sites or navigation systems to find you); all contact info for show chairman (name, address, Ph#, E-mail etc.), and of course, your website info. Please feel free to add any other pertinent information, such as free parking, free appraisals, dealer numbers & specialty items expected, etc. It will be included if provided. (Basically, include the information in the same type of format as the listings already posted above.)
Also, IF sending a flyer for an ad - please send a clear copy on white paper. The use of colored paper is great to catch attention when laid out on a table - but does NOT scan well for an ad. Thanks!
